Barefootin'... HNT#27

So I decided to do something I've never done before... A couple of things, actually.

First...

... I painted my toenails. Never before done beyond putting it on then taking it right off because I hated the way it looked. No more. They've been done since Sunday. They match my nails. I like the way they look. I got it right. IT'S A FIRST!

(don't you just hate the anticipation?)


... I'm actually admiring my feet. I've been told all my life I have 'duck feet', that my ankles are visually non-existent, I have flat feet... Just a whole lotta foot-related hatred (caused, for the most part, by my loverly dysfunctional family. It's a great thing when they point at the beaten-down farmer's wives in pictures from 1905 and say 'Gee! That could be YOU!' and then expect you to be somehow overjoyed at the prospect)... AHEM. I've decided that I have very low arches and my toes fold around themselves, that is true...

But I have perfectly lovely feet and ankles. I just want someone willing to treat them really nice. Any takers?
